Rhett James McLaughlin was born on October 11, 1977, in Macon, Georgia, and Charles Lincoln Neal III(Link) was born on June 1, 1978, in Boone Trail, North Carolina. Both of them had the same wavelength from their first meeting as they both were put in recess for scribbling on their desks.
