Clint was born on February 4th in 1962 in Long Branch, New Jersey to G.A and Ann Black. He was the youngest of the four children, and they lived near the Red Bank. The family moved to Texas where G.A Black grew in, and this time, Clint was less than a year old. He grew up in Katy, Texas. Music was always present in the House, and he taught himself to play the Harmonica before he reached 13 or 14 years old.
