Early Life & Biography
Plies was born on the 1st of July in the Fort Myers region of Florida in the United States. He had spent his childhood in the East Dunbar region where he was enrolled in the prestigious Fort Myers Senior High School to receive an education. During his schooling days, Plies had emerged as an active football player and was also a fabulous player in the team.
Plies had henceforth pursued higher education in the Miami University. There he had played actively between the years 1995 and 1997. However, after shifting to the famous University ofr Central Florida, Plies had dropped out from college.

Besides football, Plies had always excelled in rapping and was slowly building up a career in that as well. In the 1990s, Plies had successfully established Big Gates Records along with Ronnell Lawrence Lavatte, who is his stepbrother. Though not convinced in working together in the beginning, he had eventually launched “Tell Dem Krackers Dat” with him. Thereafter, the duo had toured a lot around the city to popularize about the same. It was then that he had signed up a contract with Slip-n-Slide Records.
In the year 2003, Plies and his former girlfriend were blessed with a beautiful son, henceforth which, he had signed up the contract with Slip-n-Slide in the following year 2004. Henceforth, he had launched a number of mixtapes under their record.
In the year 2007, Plies went on to launch his debut album known as “The Real Testament”. The fame of the album bagged him two popular hits as well, which are, “Hypnotized” and “Shawty”.
