Robert Mueller was born on 7 August 1944 in New York, United States. He is the first child of Robert Swan Mueller Jr. and Alice Truesdale. Robert’s father was a navy officer. When he was in 8th grade, his family decided to shift to Philadelphia where he went to St. Paul’s School.
