Javier Hernandez Balcazar was born on 1st June in the year 1988, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico to professional footballer Javier “Chicharo” Hernandez and Silvia Balcazar. He attended Instituto Piaget till sixth grade and was a star at the school’s football team. He joined C.D. Guadalajara when he was 9 and signed a professional contract at the age of 15.
