Carey Jason Phillip Hart was born on July 17, 1975, in Las Vegas. His parent was separated when he was young and raised by his father Tom Hart, owner of Construction Company. He always interests in racing and participated in small events. Before crossing teenage, he became the professional racer and spent time while watching the race.

In 1996, he was the first rider who began competing in the motocross freestyle. He also performed BMX trick in the IFMA events and becomes the first rider to perform publically ‘Superman seat grab’.
