Carey Jason Phillip Hart was born on July 17, 1975, in Las Vegas. His parent was separated when he was young and raised by his father Tom Hart, owner of Construction Company. He always interests in racing and participated in small events. Before crossing teenage, he became the professional racer and spent time while watching the race.
