Grayson Boucher was born on June 10, 1984, in Keizer, Oregon, the United States to Steve Boucher and Molly Boucher. He initially attended the McNary High School and later got transferred to the Salem Academy. He made his all-state honors with the Salem Academy but was not given any college offers. He then attended the Chemeketa Community College but played with the college basketball team very scarcely.
