Actor Telly Savalas later became the de facto husband of Sally and eventually the stepfather of Nicolette. Nicollette moved to the United States when she was ten years old in 1973.
Sheridan dated Leif Garrett from 1979 to 1985 and even lived with his family while she was dating him. After their breakup, she went on to date Scott Baio, Roger Wilson, and Jimmy Van Petten for short periods and in September 1991 she married actor Harry Hamlin after starring together in the 1990 TV movie Deceptions.
