Rob lowe’s full name is Robert Hepler Lowe. He was born on 17th March 1964 in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is of German, English, Irish, Scottish, and Welsh descent. His father Charles Davis Lowe was a lawyer and mother Barbara Lynn was a schoolteacher. His parent divorced when he was a child.
He grew up in Dayton, Ohio and attended the Oakwood Junior High School. His mother along with his young brother moved to California, where he attended the Santa Monica High School and became friends with Charlie Sheen.
