He relocated to New York after he was invited by a talent agent who had been sent a tape of one of Kreischer’s sets. He worked the door at what is now known as the Boston Comedy Club. Kreischer goes by the nickname The Machine and is famous for his storytelling, his favorite story being how he earned the nickname The Machine.
